In Florida if I do not have a lease agreement because my landlord?
I suspect that the lease does not need to be renewed. Read the original lease and see what it says about termination. Chances are it says that the lease will continue on the same terms until there is 30 days notice by either party. So if there was a late fee in the original lease then this will apply for the month to month continuation. However Florida state law does not cover late rent fees. If your lease or rental agreement does not say anything about late fees, your landlord may not impose one, no matter how reasonable it is.
